I am a very patient tutor with five years of tutoring experience. Each student has a unique style of learning and I work with my students to discover their learning style. Then, I build a learning plan that will help them learn as efficiently as possible. I want all of my students to reach their full potential and to establish and work toward realistic and reachable learning goals. I attended Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego, California with an emphasis on Mathematics. I tutor in the areas of Algebra, Geometry, Elementary and Middle School Math, Spanish, History, AP United States History, Pre-Algebra, and Social Studies. I love to help my students gain a complete understanding of new material. For me, the biggest reward in tutoring is watching a student gain the confidence to realize that they can learn anything. Math is my favorite subject to tutor and I believe when a student has a strong Math foundation it will help them in all of their subjects. In my spare time I enjoy listening to music.
