ExperienceI graduated from the University of California Irvine with a B.A. in Psychology and Social Behavior. I minored in education and later earned my teaching credentials from California State University Fullerton. I am now a certified Education Specialist, and I am able to teach multiple subjects to students with mild to moderate disabilities. I am currently enrolled in a master's program in Special Education at CSUF, from which I am expecting to graduate in May 2016.I have experience tutoring students in K-12th grades on a wide variety of different subjects, including AP classes. I enjoy tutoring in English and Writing most, as well as Math for students in eighth grade or younger. My goals for my classes and tutoring sessions are to help students understand their gifts and strengths. Hopefully after we have discovered what they are good at, we can work together to develop and improve their skills. Education is what helps people go further than they ever could have thought, and I enjoy helping students overcome any hurdles they might face during their academic career. In my free time I like to read, travel, take pictures, find new places to eat, and watch sports.
