Every student has a different way of working through a problem, remembering the concepts, and absorbing new information. I appreciate getting to know these unique qualities by making each student feel comfortable to use their previous learning styles yet apply helpful test-taking strategies to optimize their scores. After spending about eight hours in a classroom setting, it is refreshing for a student to study one-on-one with a tutor they can relate to and trust.
