Experience
I have been a tutor for over 5 years. I started at my college’s Writing Center and helped students and adults improve their grammar, reading, and writing skills. From there, I moved into private tutoring where I had the opportunity to get extensive experience with tutoring everyone from preschool-aged children to older adults that were looking to improve their English skills. I want to be a tutor because of my own determination to help as many people as possible. From my own experience, English has always been one of the subjects many people aren’t confident in and I want to show them that they have nothing to be scared of.

When I’m not tutoring, I love traveling, reading historical fiction and biographies, writing poetry, and watching the latest shows and movies on Netflix. I also have a love for classic movies. I very often travel to Los Angeles to watch older movies in vintage theaters and try to buy as many of them as I possibly can as collector items.
